We all have important values and ideas, things we care about and want to share. Sometimes we feel our ideas can even change the world, and we want to let other people know how they can join in and make all our lives better.

Every day in our communities, our states and throughout our country, people sit at lunch counters and in their offices complaining about the declining state of our nation.  People are so busy, being busy, that complaining is as far as they go to find solutions.  Indeed, the problems are complex and at times may even seem insurmountable yet a solution does exist.

If people are honest with themselves, they realize that nothing changes, until something changes.  Finances will not improve, relationships will not get better, nor will anxiety lessen, until a conscious decision is made to change a set of circumstances.

As people seek to change what they believe are unflattering traits about themselves, they heal and restore their mind, body, and soul.  When they reach out to others in a loving and caring manner, relationships are repaired and enhanced to unimagined levels.  Change begins with the image in the mirror and then is manifested outward to affect positive change in others.

There are a few very basic universal truths that just work to promote change. All of us at The Living Ground are living, breathing examples of what can happen when these truths are applied to a daily lifestyle.  As these truths were freely given to us, we now seek to share our experience with others.
